If Yes, please explain Beginning on April 20, 2012 RNC Chairman Reince Priebus began making public statements in support of Mitt Romney in violation of RNC Rule 11a: “The Republican National Committee shall not, without the prior written and filed approval of all members of the Republican National Committee from the state involved, contribute money or in-kind aid to any candidate for any public or party office except the nominee of the Republican Party or a candidate who is unopposed in the Republican primary after the filing deadline for that office…”

In making these statements while Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul were still actively campaigning, Mr. Priebus contaminated voting in the following states:

The American People cannot be certain that results from these states reflect the true opinions of our voters; therefore I am asking for your assistance in filing an injunction to nullify the results of the Republican Primaries in favor of the direct selection of our Republican candidate by delegates to the Republican Nation Convention in Tampa, Florida from August 27 – 30, 2012.
