Intimidation of voters Whoever intimidates, threatens, coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, at any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing such candidate, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both. []

If Yes, please explain Beginning on April 20, 2012 RNC Chairman Reince Priebus began making public statements in support of Mitt Romney in violation of RNC Rule 11a: “The Republican National Committee shall not, without the prior written and filed approval of all members of the Republican National Committee from the state involved, contribute money or in-kind aid to any candidate for any public or party office except the nominee of the Republican Party or a candidate who is unopposed in the Republican primary after the filing deadline for that office…”

In making these statements while Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul were still actively campaigning, Mr. Priebus contaminated voting in the following states:

If Yes, please explain Each one of the states listed above has been affected by Mr. Priebus’ statements. The American People cannot be certain that results from these states reflect the true opinions of our voters; therefore I am asking for your assistance in filing an injunction to nullify the results of the Republican Primaries in favor of the direct selection of our Republican candidate by delegates to the Republican Nation Convention in Tampa, Florida from August 27 – 30, 2012.
Facts Specific public statements made by Reince Priebus include the following:

1. April 20, 2012 – RNC chairman Reince Priebus tells Jessica Yellin he will not ask Speaker Gingrich and Rep. Paul to drop out of the race.

2. April 25, 2012 – Priebus to Newsmax: Conservatives Coming Around to Romney “I think that Republicans, conservatives, tea party, everything in between, we’re ready to go, and Mitt Romney is the presumptive nominee of our party. And we’re excited about it,” Priebus said.

3. April 25, 2012 – RNC chief gets behind Romney “It is an endorsement, plus resources, energy, communication – everything the [Democratic national Committee] is doing for [President Barack] Obama, we’re doing times ten for Mitt Romney,” he told reporters on Wednesday…”It is a complete merger,” he said. “The RNC putting all of its resources behind Mitt Romney to be the next president of the United States.”

4. April 25, 2012 – Romney moves to coordinate campaign with GOP RNC Chairman Reince Priebus marked the transition Wednesday by proclaiming Romney the party’s “presumptive nominee.” Romney’s campaign also appointed several senior staff members to work on an informal takeover of the committee’s national infrastructure.”We will ensure that our finance, political and communications teams are fully synchronized,” Priebus said. “I am excited that these two top-notch operations will start to integrate and present a unified team to defeat Barack Obama.”
